Easy Sew Make and Take-Bowl Cozy 10-1

In this class you will cut out a simple pattern, use basic sewing techniques to construct the cozy, and learn different seam techniques and finishes. These are basic sewing skills that will help you move forward in your sewing journey.

SKILLS REQUIRED
The only skill you need for this class is to know how to thread your machine and wind your bobbin. If you are unable to do this, we recommend that you first take our SEWING MACHINE BASICS class to give you a firm foundation for learning to sew. Then you can get all of your machine questions answered and won't use instructional time in this class familiarizing yourself with your machine.

MATERIALS NEEDED
Bowl Cozy Pattern ($4.99 at our store)
Boxed Bag Template (Amazing tool that you can use for many projects $25.99 at our store.)
2 - !0" X 10" squares of fabric (Can be the same fabric or coordinating)
2 - 10" X 10" squares of COTTON batting (Can be purchased in class)
Thread to match fabric

TOOLS NEEDED
Sewing machine with power cord and foot pedal

Measuring tape or Gauge
